<b>We will not view, access or process any of your Private User Content, except:</b> </p> <ol> <li> <p> <b>as required to provide the Services or as otherwise necessary for purposes of Prezi’s legitimate interests (including evaluating and responding to security incidents and legal requests), or</b> </p> </li> <li> <p> <b>as authorized or instructed by you or your users in this Agreement or in any other agreement between the parties, or</b> </p> </li> <li> <p> <b>as required to comply with our policies, applicable law, or governmental request, or</b> </p> </li> <li> <p> <b>as required to conduct research and development for the further development of our Services in order to provide the Services to you and others (including account, service usage, and survey information).</b>
