If you cancel your Airbnb Account as a Guest, any confirmed booking(s) will be automatically cancelled and any refund will depend upon the terms of the Listing’s cancellation policy.</p> <p>
Users have the right to cancel their account at any time. However, this cancellation is only effective after the 30-day term of the agreement is over.

Which is good. I’d also say that the following is ok:

»Please note that if your Airbnb Account is cancelled, we do not have
an obligation to delete or return to you any Content you have posted
to the Site, Application and Services, including, but not limited to,
any reviews or Feedback.«

Considering that it’s public reviews of places and other users I’d say
this is reasonable. I wonder though if your name will still show up
there, or if it will say something like »(deleted user)« similar to
reddit for instance.
