Gather will ensure all employees have undertaken training in the laws relating to the handling of Personal Data. and are aware both of Gather’s duties and their personal duties and obligations under such laws and this Addendum.<br>5. Data Subject RequestGather will promptly notify Customer if Gather receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject’s right of access, right to correct or rectification, right to object to the Processing, right of erasure (‘right to be forgotten’), data portability, restrict processing, or right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making, each such request being a “Data Subject Request”.
