Here's the first time it mentions the word "content." I'm assuming that
this is the definition it uses throughout:

* You may not submit libel, etc. (not found in current docs).
* The moral rights thing would have been a blocker case, but can't find that quote in the current docs either.

I did find https://education.microsoft.com/skype-in-the-classroom/overview, and there, the Microsoft Services agreement applies. So this point was once two very interesting points, but it is now outdated.
