You may request the deletion of your EveryAction account after expiration or termination of your subscription by sending a request to privacy@everyaction.com.</p> <p> <strong>3. Data Subject Requests.</strong> Customer has a number of options through the EveryAction Materials to retrieve, correct, delete, or restrict Customer Data, which Customer may use to assist it in connection with its obligations under Data Protection Law, including its obligations relating to responding to requests from data subjects to exercise their rights under applicable Data Protection Law (<em>"<strong>Data Subject Requests</strong>"</em>).
