Notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement, Lightspeed eCom (E-Series) Customers can cancel their paid subscriptions to Lightspeed eCom (E-Series) at any time by downgrading to a free plan. There will be no subsequent charges to their credit card or Paypal account after cancellation.</p> <p>The Lightspeed eCom (E-Series) account may be terminated by selecting the “Close my account” option in the account.
