The customer authorizes TurboSmtp to suspend the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if the account is suspended for causes such as a violation of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions, in the attached DPA, or any general violation of the Agreement.</p> <p><strong>12.2</strong> The customer authorizes TurboSmtp to suspend service in the event of a report of “Abuse”.</p> <p><strong>12.3</strong> If an account is inactive for 24 months or more, the account may be closed.
