It is our policy to cooperate with law enforcement and administrative agencies only upon lawful request or order, or substantial justification. Upon lawful request or order from a court or law enforcement, arbitral body, administrative commission or government administrative agency, we may, without notice to You or Your consent, (i) provide the information requested by such agency to that agency, including Your content hosted on our Services; and/or (ii) suspend or terminate Your NetActuate Account, Your NetActuate Services and any other associated services.</p> <p>You are responsible for making NetActuate aware of any technical requirements that result from Your regulatory obligations prior to entering into an order governed by this Agreement.
