Users are prohibited from uploading or providing Content to Clearview that depicts a child known to be younger than sixteen (16) years of age that is a resident in the State of California, or known to be younger than thirteen (13) years of age that is a resident in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Utah, unless such Content concerns conduct or activity that the User reasonably and in good faith believes may violate federal, state, or local law.
