When you register an LG Account or register as a Guest, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Online Services (the <strong>"Registration Data"</strong>); and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You represent that you are (i) at least sixteen (16) years old; (ii) of legal age to form a binding contract; and (iii) not a person barred from using the Services under the laws of the United States, your place of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.
