Limitation of liability.</strong> Except as otherwise set out in <em>No Limitation</em> above, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract (including under any indemnity), tort (including negligence) or otherwise will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for access to or use of the Services in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, and (b) €100.</p> <p><strong>Beneficiaries.</strong>
