Customer is responsible for all actions taken under its Lightspeed account credentials, regardless of whether such actions are taken by (i) Customer or its officers, employees, or agents, (ii) a third party, or (iii) Lightspeed upon Customer’s request. Customer will safeguard all account credentials (including any passwords and payment method details) in its possession or under its control. Lightspeed is not liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of Customer’s account.</p>
