you shall pay Us, in addition to amount payable under clause 17.1 above, an amount equal to the aggregate of the Total Monthly Rental for the unexpired period of the Initial Period.</p> <h3 id="173">17.3</h3> <p>Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason you shall:-</p> <p><strong>17.3.1</strong> immediately cease to use the Service; and</p> <p><strong>17.3.2</strong> where applicable, permit or procure permission for Us to gain access to the Premises during our Normal Working Hours for the purpose or removing any Service Equipment in accordance with Clause 4.1.</p> <h3 id="174">17.4</h3> <p>The provisions of Clause 17 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
