Your account deletion request takes effect after 60 days

By submitting requests for their Allegro account to be deleted, a customer will not technically find the process to be immediate. Rather, account cancelation will only take place if 60 days pass from the actual date on which the user submits and confirms that termination form. During these 60 days, the account is still alive and well, and the user may still log in and enjoy connected services-ending the same facilities after the given 60 days. The delay may be put into place for some operational or legal reasons (such as fraud monitoring or dispute resolution), thereby limiting users' ability to leave the service immediately if some urgent security, privacy, or identity issues arise. Since the terms (§15.3) clearly disclose this, the user cannot speed it up, nor are any exceptions given. The fact that this waiting period is fixed makes the point neutral: transparent but maybe not what the user expects regarding control over his/her data and account.
