[Good] Groupon will reimburse arbitration fees if less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the Dispute is frivolous. And they also will not seek attorneys' fees and costs of arbitration from you in the Dispute, unless the arbitrator determines the Dispute is frivolous.
