and (e) to the extent practicable, return or destroy, all Confidential Information disclosed by the other Party that is in its possession upon termination or expiration of these Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Organization agrees that VisitDays may collect aggregated statistical data regarding Organization’s use of the Service and provide such aggregated statistical data to third parties.
