Emailing with BentkeyOn occasion, in order to respond to a question or request from a user (which may be a child), Bentkey may need to ask for the user’s contact information, such as an email address. This information will only be used to respond to a child and will be deleted once the correspondence has finished.For some aspects of the Services, we may collect information from a user device to send push notifications with your consent, in order to communicate with the device user more than once. This information will not be used for additional purposes. When a user signs up for an account, we will provide notice to the parent/guardian email address associated with the account in order to notify the parent about the collection and use of the child’s device information for communication purposes and allow the parent/guardian an opportunity to terminate such communication.DISCLOSING CHILDREN’S INFORMATIONWe may share or disclose personal information collected from children in a limited number of instances, including with our service providers and affiliates to the extent required to perform services on our behalf, such as supporting, developing, or analyzing the Services or to the extent permitted or required by applicable law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or in response to a law enforcement or public agency’s request.
