Your Program Funds, less any applicable taxes or banking fees, will be distributed to the Licensor who is a party to the EULA for the Asset in question, whether that is Unity or a third-party Provider, unless the Provider has not provided Unity with adequate information to disburse the Program Funds.</p> <p>11.2</p> <p>Where the Provider has not provided Unity with a valid payment method, Unity will contribute the Program Funds to a charitable organization of its choice.
