(including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents and sub contractors) to the Customer and any Authorised User: </p> <p>▪ (a) arising under or in connection with these Conditions. </p> <p>▪ (b) in respect of any use made by the Customer and/or &nbsp;</p> <p>Authorised User of the Software and/or Documentation &nbsp;</p> <p>and/or the Services, or any part of them.
