(ii) Jacuzzi may provide your payment information to third parties so we can complete the transaction related to your purchase and charge your payment method for the Products you have purchased (plus any applicable taxes and other charges);. and (iiI) to bear any additional charges that your bank or other financial service provider may levy on you. Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon: (1) you providing complete personal, account, transaction and any other information needed, (2) authorization of the payment by your credit or debit card company or the company that is otherwise facilitating your payment for the Product(s), and (3) acceptance of your payment.
