User Responsibilities <p> <strong> Registered Users are solely responsible for interviewing, vetting, performing background and reference checks on, verifying information provided by, and selecting an appropriate Care Seeker or Care Provider for themselves or their family. The only exception is when a third party we or one of our subsidiaries contracts with to provide services in support of the Backup Care Service selects on behalf of the Registered User the specific individual Backup Care Provider from the agency who will provide backup or senior care services.
