or <br>(b) loss of profits, loss of revenue, economic loss, loss of goodwill, loss, corruption or alteration of data, failure to realise anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, expectation loss or loss of production, arising out of, or in connection with, the provision or use of the Services, the Marketplace, the Website or these Terms.</p> <p>10.4.
