1.11.“<strong>Sensitive Data</strong>” means data that is given a higher level of protection under applicable local law and includes social security numbers and other government-issued identifiers, insurance plan numbers, financial account numbers, precise information about past, present, or potential future health or medical conditions or treatments, including genetic, genomic, and family medical history, sexual orientation or other sexual information. In certain jurisdictions such as Australia and European Union, Sensitive Information may also include information that reveals race, financial or criminal history, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or data that concerns an individual’s health, whether or not tied to Personal Data.</p> <p>1.12.“<strong>Services</strong>” means Vidazoo’s Platform and respective Services that are the subject matter of the Agreement between the Parties. </p> <p>1.13.
