This engagement may necessitate the transfer of, storage or processing of data to or by those service providers, who may be located outside the UK or European Union. Some of those countries, including the United States, may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as those in your own country of residence. In such circumstances, we have put in place appropriate safeguards (through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect the personal data that is transferred to, stored and/or processed in other countries. </p>
