In order to fulfill the requirements of our contracts with ICANN and registrars, and to provide the promised services to you, PIR may receive data from EEA countries or transfer your data to third countries. PIR, as a non-profit, US-based entity, is not able to avail itself of the Privacy Shield Frameworks and instead transfers EEA data to third countries as is necessary to perform the requirements of our contracts using model contractual clauses as our legal basis for transfer. Ordinarily, PIR will not operate on the basis of consent, however, for certain non-contractual operations, PIR may transfer your data on the basis of consent.
