You agree that we may transfer User Information to the United States and/or another country outside the European Economic Area. Zipline is a data processor (or sub-processor) acting on your behalf and you appoint and authorize Zipline and its affiliates and subsidiaries (and their successors and assigns, contractors and business partners) to transfer to, store and process User Information in any country where Zipline has facilities used in connection with the Service in order to provide the Service to you.
