What I should also have asked you straight away, was to also link this point to an excerpt from the docs. This is a new feature we added; you can do this at https://edit.tosdr.org/services/329/annotate?point_id=1149 - if you select the text 'We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, but you will not be bound by any updates until 30 days after we send you an email notifying you of the changes.' at the bottom, you can click 'Link to this excerpt', and that should automatically set your point back to 'pending' status.
