Upon termination and as otherwise requested by the Company, Author will promptly return to the Company all items and copies containing or embodying Proprietary Information, except that Author may keep its personal copies of its compensation records and this Agreement. Author further agrees that any property situated on the Company's premises and owned, leased or otherwise possessed by the Company , including computers, computer files, email, voicemail, storage media, filing cabinets or other work areas, is subject to inspection by Company personnel at any time with or without notice.</p> User Comments and Suggestions <p>While Your feedback is valued, please understand that if You send creative ideas, inventions, or suggestions (for the purposes of this section, "Submissions"), all such Submissions shall be, upon transmission to Us by You, the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
