Additionally, Course Connect exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to all suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by User relating to the Services or the Application ("Feedback"), and User hereby assigns to Course Connect all its right, title, and interest in and to the Feedback, including all intellectual property rights and waives its moral rights thereof.
