(iv) Further may have the same or comparable ideas and plans in development or under consideration prior to any such feedback being provided by you. (v) your feedback automatically becomes the property of Further without any obligation of Further to you. (vi) Further will not pay you for your feedback and we are not obligated to use it nor are we obligated to provide you with a copy of your feedback. (vii) Further does not want, and you agree not to provide, feedback that violates others’ copyrights or other intellectual property rights. and (viii) you must have all rights necessary to grant the permissions in this section.
