Unwired Labs may assign the Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you. The section titles in the Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.</p>Proprietary Rights<p>The Licensee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Service is and shall remain the exclusive property of Unwired Labs and that notwithstanding the rights and licenses granted to the Licensee hereunder, Unwired Labs retains all rights, title and interest it owns in and to the Service.
