We may in our own discretion,&nbsp. permit You to test, evaluate or comment on one or more Services before they are marketed or launched, in order to identify bugs and errors in the programs and/or improve their functioning (<b>"Beta Test"</b>).&nbsp. You agree that the Beta content which is supplied to You under a Beta Test is highly confidential information belonging to us and that You may be required to sign a confidentiality or other agreement for each Beta Test in which You participate.&nbsp. You must perform the Beta Test personally. All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, criticisms and other data (collectively referred to as the&nbsp;<b>"Comments"</b>) passed on, disclosed or offered to us in the course of the Beta Tests will be the exclusive property of UBISOFT. You therefore agree not to make your Comments accessible by any means or process to any outside party other than us.
