You agree that, if you submit or provide suggestions for improving HTC products and services ("<strong>Feedback</strong>") to HTC, by the act of submission or suggestion you effectively irrevocably assign to HTC all right, title and interest throughout the world in the Feedback without the right to any compensation or royalties from HTC and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, you waive any moral rights you may have in the Feedback.
