Each (permanent) case is investigated over several weeks and user blacklist come only for repeated offenses of the user. Users of our service have the choice to enable or disable the blacklist on the channel.<br> <br> For all requests for un-blacklist, you can send a message to the following email address: blacklist@wizebot.tv.<br> These requests do not concern the unblocking of the accounts banned on our service.<br> <br> <i> </i> Suspended Account / Deleting Accounts Your account may be suspended in the following ways: Manual deactivation, ban of bot, timeout of bot (repeated), channel closed (Or banned by Twitch).<br> In case of suspension, the deletion of your account datas begins after 2 months after the deactivation, progressively the datas of your account are removed per period (P1. 2 months after deactivation | P2. 3 months after deactivation | P3. 6 months after deactivation) until the complete deletion of the data of your account.<br> You can delete your account (and all datas) without delay from our panel in the My Account section.<br> <br> All of your datas (premium, configurations, donations, subscriptions, etc.) are deleted and no refunds / restore can be claimed even after reopening of the account. <br> <br> <i> </i> Virtual shop (feature) Our functionality under the name "virtual shop" uses only our points system (Virtual Currency) as a means of payment. The articles displayed on the external Websites of our users are created by these same users.
