This is the first American service I have read so far for ToS;DR not
choosing California. I know Delaware to be a privileged place for
incorporations, but I wonder what are their laws concerning copyright,
or other issues that might arise between Twitpic and a twitpic user. If
someone has information related to this, please share here :)
