You agree that any claim asserted in any legal proceeding by you against Kongregate shall be commenced and maintained exclusively in any state or federal court located in San Francisco County, California, having subject matter jurisdiction with respect to the dispute between the parties and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
