If Publisher has selected a plan that is supported by advertising (“Ads Version”), Publisher agrees that Licensor may include advertisements and/or content provided by Licensor and/or a third party (collectively “Ads”) as part of the Service. Disqus, in its sole discretion, determines whether the Publisher’s Applicable Site(s) are eligible to receive payments for running advertisements ("Revenue Share").
