VaxAssist.com (“VaxAssist”) is a website that helps adults 18 or older in the United States check their eligibility for certain vaccinations, provides information on where adults can get vaccinations and assists adults with scheduling vaccinations with third-party healthcare providers, including without limitation pharmacies and physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners practicing on their own, in provider groups or who are employed by, and/or contracted by pharmacies (collectively, “HCPs”).
