4.4 Moonton reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend any or all accounts you have created using the Service, with or without the notice, if we reasonably determine, that: a. you violate the Terms. b. we are required to do so by law, legal process, or a reasonable request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials. c. it is necessary to protect the vital interests of us and any of its users (such as to prevent death, bodily harm, or serious damage to property), public security and public interests. d. you have not been using the Service for a significant period of time.
