You further agree and understand that we have the right to immediately suspend, investigate, and/or terminate your account pursuant to the terms of this User Agreement for any such Conduct Violations or if we reasonably believe that Conduct Violations have occurred or may occur, as determined in our sole discretion. You agree and understand that Gemini Dollars involved in a Conduct Violation may be subject to freezing, forfeiture to, or seizure by a law enforcement agency and/or subject to any similar limitation on its use, may be wholly and permanently unrecoverable and unusable, and may, in appropriate circumstances, be destroyed.
