<p>This section deals with conditions relating to the renewal of membership through this website.</p>
<p>The COUNTER website automatically processes renewals and will periodically send renewal reminders to users.
These are sent in the following order:</p>

<li>14 days prior to membership renewal date</li>
<li>On expiry of membership renewals.</li>
</ul>
<p>No further email will be sent after this point.</p>
<p>We may also issue a membership receipt via email.</p>
