To give advertisers tailored campaigns with rich performance, full transparency and relevant targeting and better experience, through relevant advertisements, for consumers.</p> <p>Delta Projects takes the private nature of your information very seriously. We strive to be transparent about how we collect and process information, how we keep information secure and provide you with meaningful choices. This policy regarding our privacy practices (the “<b>Privacy Policy</b>“) describes how we treat the information we collect via our Services and when you visit and use deltaprojects.com (the “<b>Site</b>“).&nbsp;This Privacy Policy applies to any processing of personal data where Delta Projects acts as the Data Controller. Delta Projects may also process personal data in the role of processor to our clients. Where the clients acts as the controller, their respective privacy policy is applicable</p> <p>We adhere to applicable industry guidelines and principles and are an active member of industry associations that collectively govern policies around online consumer privacy and industry standards in the context of interest-based advertising, including: the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), EDAA and AdChoices. We will continue to review and update our Privacy Policy and procedures to ensure the safety and protection of all collected information and we believe that these principles help protect individual consumer privacy.</p> <p> </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <b>Delta Projects Services</b> <b>Processed data</b> <p>In the course of delivering an ad to you via our Services, Delta Projects does not intentionally collect information that reveals your real-world identity, such as your name, address, phone number, or the name of your pets. Delta Projects collects data about your browser or device through the use of cookies and similar technologies, as explained below. The non-sensitive information Delta Projects collects includes common information found in every communication sent over the Internet, from which we infer such things as: browser type (e.g., Chrome or Safari). operating system (e.g., Mac OSX or Windows). Internet Protocol (IP) address, that may be considered personal information is anonymized. and mobile advertising identifier (anonymized IDFA or AAID), for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Delta Projects’ clients may also use our services to collect data regarding your interactions with them, including your use of our clients’ sites and mobile apps, the sites and apps our clients advertise on, and other pages on the Internet. We may also capture additional data in order to calculate a unique order identifier, as described below.</p> <p>We may also receive Precise Location Data (as&nbsp;defined by the Network Advertising Initiative) generated from your use of your mobile device, such as the latitude/longitude coordinates provided by a mobile app publisher or other media supply source in conjunction with the opportunity to purchase advertising inventory for specific geographic location targeting. When we process Precise Location Data (as defined by the NAI), the mobile app publisher or other media supply source is responsible for enabling you to provide or withdraw consent with respect to the collection and use of your Precise Location Data.</p> <p>We will collect personal data such as your name and e-mail address if you sign up for our newsletter or marketing e-mails, or if you contact us to request a demonstration of our products/services or to otherwise send us questions.</p> <b>Sensitive personal data</b> <p>Delta Projects does not knowingly create data segments that are based upon what we consider to be sensitive information (for example, we don’t create any data segments to determine credit worthiness, for insurance underwriting or similar purposes, nor do we create segments of EU consumers based on personal data considered to be sensitive in the EU, e.g. information about physical or mental health or condition, sex life, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or similar beliefs).</p> <p>Our clients may use our Services to process some sensitive information, which may come from our clients’ sites or our partners. In these cases, our client’s privacy policies are applicable for the processing. We take steps designed to ensure that this is done in compliance with applicable laws and self-regulatory guidelines, including through our contracts and policies with our clients and partners.</p> <b>How the data is being collected</b> <p>We may assign a unique online identifier to your browser or mobile device when we serve an ad to it or we identify it on a client’s website or mobile app. The unique online identifier may be stored in a cookie in your browser or mobile device. It helps us understand your interests and deliver more relevant ads to you. The unique online identifier and other information collected via the Services can also help our advertising clients measure your activity on their sites and determine the effectiveness of advertisements delivered via the Services. This information can then be used by our advertising clients to better cater to your needs and deliver ads to you for the types of products and services in which you might be interested.</p> <p>None of these technologies enable us to personally identify an individual as yourself. Instead, they enable the Services to determine within a reasonable level of confidence that a browser or device is the same as one with which the Services has previously interacted. For instance, the Services can determine that a browser or device to which we served an ad on Monday may be the same browser or device for which we observed a purchase on Tuesday.</p> <b>The Purpose of Processing</b> <p>We use the information we collect to create data segments, and these data segments are generally based upon your interactions with our clients or other third party media suppliers, such as the websites that you visit and the mobile applications that you use.</p> <p>Furthermore, we run analytics, target ads, and measure the effectiveness of ads on behalf of Delta Projects’ clients. We also use it to improve our Services that we provide to our clients. For these purposes we may share information with our clients, partners and service providers.</p> <b>&nbsp;Legal Ground for the Processing</b> <p>Delta Project is a part of IAB:s Transparency and Consent framework that allow us to act according to GDPR in our relationship with publishers and Supply Side Platforms. We seek consent for setting and reading cookies on a users device. If we have&nbsp;such&nbsp;consent we rely on legitimate interest to receive and store data in order to be able to deliver our services to our clients.</p> <p>The legal ground for processing personal data such as your name and e-mail address in connection with your request of a demo or receiving our newsletter or marketing e-mails, is to fulfil the request is fulfilment of contract, as we need to process your personal data to fulfil the request from you.</p> <b>Cookies and Other Ad Targeting Technologies</b> <p>Like most other digital marketing services, Delta Projects uses “cookies”, mobile advertising identifiers, and other technologies to enhance users’ experiences on the web, to deliver more relevant ads, and for ad delivery and reporting via the Services.</p> <p>We use these technologies to help recognize a browser or device so that we and our clients are able to deliver relevant advertising to you, measure the impact of that advertising and better understand and recognize digital media usage patterns.</p> <p>The types of technologies used via the Services include:</p> <ul> <li> <b>Cookies</b>&nbsp;– When browsing a website, small pieces of information is sent between the website and the browser – a cookie. This unique identifier allows Delta Projects services to identify different web browsers and these cookies do not collect PII (Personally identifiable information).If a user has opted out of Delta Projects services, a cookie will be stored in their browser, containing information that the user does not wish to participate in Delta Projects behavioral targeting. If the user clears his or her cookies, the user will have to opt-out of the services again.</li> <li> <b>Mobile Advertising Identifiers</b>&nbsp;– Mobile advertising IDs (e.g., Apple’s IDFA or Google’s AAID) are unique IDs that are associated with individual mobile devices and that do not reveal your real world identity. They usually are user-resettable.</li> <li> <b>Tags</b>&nbsp;– Tags are transparent images, iFrames, or JavaScript that our clients use to understand how browsers interact with them online, including on websites and in mobile apps.</li> <li> <b>Statistical Online Identifier&nbsp;</b>– Statistical Online Identifiers are created via an algorithm using pseudonymous information about your browser or device, including your operating system, user-agent string, anonymized IP address, Internet browser and similar information. This information makes your browser or device distinct enough for our services to determine within a reasonable probability that they are encountering the same browser or device, including in environments where Delta Projects’ cookies are not supported.</li> </ul> <p>These technologies are used to identify a browser or device within a certain level of confidence that enables the Services to function and serve more relevant ads.</p> <p> <b>Recipients of the personal data</b> </p> <p>Information collected by Delta Projects is kept confidential, and is not shared with external parties or partner companies. Delta Projects store majority of data on own hardware located on premise in Stockholm, Sweden. Some clients that use our Tracking Pixels have data hosted in Google Cloud at europe-west1 in St. Ghislain, Belgium. We may publish or otherwise make public anonymous, aggregate, or summary information regarding campaigns run on behalf of our clients. Delta Projects may, and will, disclose all information in the following instances:</p> <ul> <li>If Delta Projects is compelled to do so by a court order or any other legal or regulatory requirement.</li> <li>Any other person under a duty of confidentiality to Delta Projects.</li> <li>Any person to whom Delta projects is under an obligation to make the disclosure under the requirements of law.</li> </ul> <p>Lawyers, accountants, auditors, financial regulators and law enforcement bodies, when necessary to respond to any legal enquiry or satisfy a legal requirement.</p> <p> <b>Data Retention on our Services</b> </p> <p>We retain the unique online identifier and the non-sensitive data connected to it as long as this is necessary for our legitimate business purposes. Once cookies has been deleted the unique online identifier is erased and data is no longer connected the browser. Delta Projects store non-sensitive data for a period up to 18 months for business related needs, such as legal, financial claims, fraud or similar. This specific period is necessary in order to follow up on changes in the relevant segments.</p> <p> <b>Your rights</b> </p> <p>You have the right to request access and further information concerning the processing of your personal data, or request that we correct, rectify, complete, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. At every step, Delta adapts relevant security and safety practices, and employs modern security hardware and software provided by recognised world-leading manufacturers.</p> <p>Several data handling requirements are defined to appropriately safeguard information collected by Delta Projects. All data is stored on Delta Projects own hardware, or on cloud services, and Delta Projects has developed it’s own network structure for communication connected to the data. If data is being sent over a public network, such as the Internet, it is sent via an encrypted link.</p> <p>Only high security personnel is allowed access to the data and our physical environment. Physical environment security is also ensured. Delta Projects solutions are hosted, and data is stored, in data centers with 4-layered security model with everything from perimeter fencing to customised security measures. The 4-layered physical access control includes:<br> • Perimeter fences, bollards, barriers<br> • Building-in-building construction<br> • 24x7x365 security guards, regular security patrols<br> • Centralised access control authorisation<br> • Man traps with weight measurement capability<br> • Role-based electronic badge access control<br> • Biometric access control<br> • Locked cabinets, cages, rooms<br> • Separate customer receiving area<br> • Separate packaging recovery area<br> • Video surveillance (internal and external)</p> <p> <b>Links to other sites</b> </p> <p>Ads served by Delta Projects may link to Client’s websites, which may have privacy assurance practices that differ from ours.
