<strong>Syndication fees and royalties</strong>

<strong>Waiver of moral rights</strong>

You agree to waive your moral right to be identified as author of any article, photograph, video, comment piece, posting or material that you submit, and all other moral rights you may own including the right to object to derogatory treatment of any article, photograph, video, comment piece, posting or other work.
However, in respect of any article, photograph, video, comment piece, posting or other material in respect of which, but for this provision, you would have been able to exercise any moral rights, The-Latest will take reasonable steps to comply with the procedure set forth in paragraphs 22 and 23 below.</p>

The credit, where provided, may be in the discretion of The-Latest be placed wherever considered appropriate and not necessarily adjacent to your work.
