DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES<p> </p> <p>When you use the Website to purchase a shirt or otherwise make a contribution to support an organization or a campaign, we will share your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, employer and occupation with that organization or campaign so that they can recognize and thank you, or fulfill any obligations it may have.</p> <p>The campaign or organization may also use that personal information to contact you with more information about the mission and activities of that organization or campaign.</p> <p> </p> <p>Examples of these practices include: sending a thank-you letter to acknowledge a purchase or donation. sending out by post or email advertising or marketing materials to you about the charity or organization you supported. or contacting you because you have contributed in the past to ask you for further support for that organization or charity.</p> <p>We do not need your consent to process your data for legal purposes, or for many administrative purposes, but in some cases we may need and will request your consent for direct-marketing purposes. To the extent we share any such personal information with third party campaigns or organizations that you have supported, those third parties shall treat it in accordance with their respective privacy policies. <br> <br>We share data with our service providers, including ad networks, website analytics companies, and hosting partners. No seller will have access to billing addresses or credit card information of any buyers.</p>J. POLITICAL CAMPAIGN BUYERS<p> </p> <p>If you choose to purchase a shirt from a political campaign seller, please note the following:&nbsp;</p> <p>The full purchase price you pay for the shirt from a political campaign seller is reportable as a campaign contribution (i.e. if you spend $20 to buy a campaign T-shirt from Bonfire that cost the campaign $5, you have still made a $20 contribution).&nbsp;</p> <p>Bonfire will furnish political campaign sellers with a list of buyers, along with some additional information such as your telephone number, occupation and employer, as well as a detailed breakdown of the purchase total, seller profit from the total and any additional donation added by you.</p> <p>Bonfire will perform checks to verify political campaigns.</p> <p>If you are purchasing a shirt from a verified political campaign, then Bonfire must collect your name and contact information, purchase total and any additional donation added by you, and provide it to the political campaign.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you choose to donate additional funds to the campaign, you will be limited to $100 to any given political campaign seller in a single transaction, and the transaction total for all items purchased from that political campaign seller cannot exceed $2,800.&nbsp;</p> <p>Bonfire will not ship to any user with a shipping or billing address outside of the United States if you are purchasing a shirt from a political campaign seller.&nbsp;</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>L. CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION CREATOR (SELLERS)<p>If you are a charitable organization creator (i.e. seller), please note the following:&nbsp;</p> <p>Bonfire will perform checks to verify charitable organizations.</p> <p>Bonfire is not responsible for tracking donations, you as the charitable organization seller are responsible for carrying out those responsibilities and requirements. Bonfire does not receive, process, store or view any payment information.</p> <p>By accessing third party websites through our Website, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for those third parties or their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.&nbsp;</p>O. USERS’ AGE<p> <b>Special Note for Parents:</b>&nbsp;Bonfire does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information on the Website from persons under thirteen (13) years of age, and no part of our Website is directed to persons under thirteen (13).
