The Site provides users an opportunity to sign and obtain signatures from others on documents (each, a “Document”) digitally. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in our Terms of Service. We may be able to delete your personal information only by deleting your user account, which may necessitate your re-registering. We reserve the right to decline a request to change information if We believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.&nbsp. We do not sell your personal information and will not do so in the future without providing you with notice and an opportunity to opt-out of such sale, as required by law. We do not offer financial incentives associated with our collection, use or disclosure of your personal information.
