We strongly recommend that you upgrade to a more current browser.</p> You need to change your Internet Explorer Compatibility View setting to get the most from the new Optimum.net <p>Click here for more info.</p> <i> </i> Web DVR Terms Agreement for Web DVR <p> CSC Holdings, LLC ("Altice") provides this web based Optimum TV DVR access tool (the "Tool") to allow Subscribers to access and manage their Optimum TV DVRs remotely via the Internet. Access to and use of the Tool is subject to the following Terms of Use as well as the Agreement for Optimum TV, and&nbsp;where applicable, Agreement for Optimum Online (collectively, the "TOS") which are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the TOS. By downloading, installing and/or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the TOS.</p> <p> The Tool is only available to Optimum TV and/or Optimum Online Subscribers in good standing with an eligible DVR enabled set top box and DVR service. DVR features and functionality are only available for those programs within Subscriber's subscribed tier of Optimum TV service.</p> <p> Subscribers must have a valid Optimum ID to access the Tool. Unless restricted by the User with the Optimum ID designated with online account management access for the applicable Optimum Online account, any User with an Optimum ID issued for such account may access and use the Tool for any eligible DVR associated with such account.</p> <p> Altice hereby grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, worldwide license to download, install and use the Tool on your supported mobile device. All rights not expressly granted in the TOS are reserved. The Tool is provided in and may be used in machine-readable object code form only. No license is granted to you in the source code of the Tool.</p> <p> Altice shall have sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to the Tool, all copies thereof, all derivatives thereof, and all modifications and enhancements thereto (including ownership of all copyrights and other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto). The TOS does not provide you with title or ownership of the Tool, but only a right of limited use.</p> <p> You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, create derivative works of the Tool or in any way derive from the Tool any source code. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any product identification, proprietary, copyright, or other intellectual property notices contained or embedded within or on the Tool. Further, you may not, directly or indirectly, disclose, distribute or make commercial use of the Tool or incorporate the Tool into your products or software.</p> <p> You acknowledge that use of the Tool may require software that is licensed, sold and/or provided to you by third parties and is included on your supported mobile device ("Third Party Software"). Notwithstanding any other provision of the TOS to the contrary, the TOS shall not be deemed to apply to any Third Party Software and such Third Party Software is subject to the terms and conditions of the license agreement between you and the licensor of the Third Party Software.</p> <p> Access to and use of the Tool requires Internet access via computer or mobile device to Optimum.net. Altice provides the Tool on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Altice makes no warranty or guarantee that the Tool shall be uninterrupted or error-free and shall not be liable or responsible for any errors, losses, or interruptions in connection with Subscriber's use of the Tool, including but not limited to intermittent service, erroneous deletions, failed recordings, and inability to schedule recordings.</p> <p> Effective October 10, 2016</p> Need Help?
