EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS Jack Rewards participants can earn points by making qualified purchases using the Jack in the Box Mobile App. Participants earn one (1) point for each one dollar ($1.00) spent on food and beverage using the Jack in the Box Mobile App. Purchases are rounded down or rounded up to the nearest one dollar ($1) increment. For example, a purchase of $4.01 to $4.49 would earn 4 points, while a purchase of $4.50 to $4.99 would earn 5 points. Points are earned based on the actual purchase price of qualifying menu items after the application of any coupons or other discounts. Points are not earned for tips, delivery charges, taxes, or any additional fees. Points are not transferable. We reserve the right to exclude any menu items from the program, and in such instances, we will disclose that points will not be awarded towards the purchase of such items. Participants begin to accumulate points only once they’ve joined Jack Rewards.&nbsp. No points will be awarded for any purchases made via the Jack in the Box Mobile App prior to joining the program. Additional opportunities to earn points may be offered in the future at our discretion. POINTS BALANCE AND EXPIRATION We reserve the right to determine the amount of points in any participant’s account based on our internal records. All points earned in Jack Rewards will expire if a participant’s account is inactive at any time for a period of three hundred and sixty five (365) consecutive days. No cash or credit shall be given for any expired or unused points. OPT OUT OF JACK REWARDS You may opt out of Jack Rewards at any time by updating the user preferences in your account settings in the Jack in the Box Mobile App. Once opted out, all previously earned points shall automatically terminate and become null and void.&nbsp. Any subsequent re-enrollment by the same participant will be at a zero-point balance. PROMOTIONAL ONLY The points awarded under the Jack Rewards program are purely promotional and do not have any cash value, do not constitute the property of any participant, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION Participants are solely responsible for the use of their account, and it is their responsibility to manage any unauthorized use or redemption of points by family, friends, or other individuals who might have access to their account. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Jack Rewards account, including for any behavior that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful.&nbsp.
