Important Notice <p> <b>As an outstanding VPN Service provider, we value privacy of our users. These number values are not permanently tied to your device and, depending on your operating system, you can reset it through your device settings. </li> <li> Usage information: your user account registration date and time, information about the use of the App, such as frequency of use, engagement with particular features, which sections of the App user visits and your common use patterns. Please note that wording ‘usage’ herein does not in any case mean that we collect and store your usage logs. </li> <li> Location: IP address, time zone, locale. </li> <li> Connection logs: connection timestamp and session duration (i.e. connection and disconnection date and time). Please note that the below provisions of this Privacy Policy regarding disclosure of personal data to third parties do not apply to the connection logs as we DO NOT share them with any third party. We collect and store connection logs solely for the purpose of services maintaining and optimizing as, for example, we use this data to calculate our servers load values in order to provide and improve our services. </li> <li> Transaction data: when you make payments with your credit card, you provide financial account data, such as your credit card number, billing and residence address, to our third-party service providers. Amplitude also provides us with different analytics tools that enable us to research and analyze your use of the Service. <br> As for customer support purposes, Amplitude helps us to respond to your requests for technical support. If you need help with rectification of data you think is inaccurate, please contact us via email at support@veepn.com. </p> <p> If you reside in European Union or California you can make a request to erase your Personal Information via support@veepn.com. Please note that it may affect the Services provided, and you will not be able to use the full scope of the Services. Please also note that the erasing of your Personal Information does not mean the automatic cancellation of your subscription or refund of your payments. </p> <p> If you reside in European Union or California you can make a request to receive the Personal Information related to you via support@veepn.com. Should you make such a request, you will be required to provide us with an email address, which we would be able to send your Personal Information to. However, you would still be able to use the App. </p> <p> You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device. </p> Security <p> We place great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our users. We have security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your Personal Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. </p> <p> Namely, VeePN has no access to your database password or any data stored in your local database on your devices. If you are using VeePN data records or tasks synchronization and backup service, the VeePN will have access to the encrypted binary file on our servers which contains your database. We need this access to provide you a secure backup and restore of your local personal database in case you have lost or damaged your device. VeePN will have no access to the data stored in this database. </p> <p> As it was previously mentioned, VeePN does NOT collect and log any user activities while using any of their VPN services. VeePN stores the encrypted information about the amount of connected devices for each account, as the maximum permitted amount is limited only. This information can be assessed in the VeePN account, where any user can delete their devices from their account. </p> <p> While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of information will never occur, we make all reasonable efforts to prevent it. However, you should bear in mind that submission of information over the internet is never entirely secure. </p> Links to Other Services <p> There might be a number of places on our Service where you may click on a link directing you away from our Service to access other applications or websites that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. These third-party websites may independently solicit and collect information, including Personal Information, from you and, in some instances, provide us with information about your activities on those websites. We recommend that you consult the privacy statements of all third-party websites you visit by clicking on the “privacy” link typically located at the bottom of the webpage you are visiting. </p> Children’s Privacy <p> This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
