Cyberpunk 2077 Sweepstakes (the "<b>Sweepstakes</b>") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and Canada, who are the age of majority or older in state/province of residence as of October 1, 2020.

Employees of Rockstar, Inc., PO Box 27740 Las Vegas, NV 89126 (the "<b>Sponsor</b>"), Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Dr., Atlanta, Georgia 30318 (the "<b>Administrator</b>”), or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, CD PROJEKT S.A., Microsoft Inc, (collectively with the Sponsor and Administrator, the "<b>Sweepstakes Entities</b>") .

<b>ENTRY PERIODS: </b>The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2020 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) (i.e.

The Sweepstakes Period will be broken out into two separate entry pools, as follows: </li>

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: For the purposes of this Contest, eligible entries (each an “Entry” or collectively, the “Entries”) shall include the Website Entries and Mail-In Entries, each as described below.</li>

To enter via the Website method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period, look for a code under the tab of any specially marked cans of Rockstar Energy Drink (“<b>Code</b>”). .
Then, to enter the Sweepstakes, visit 2077.rockstarenergy.com (“<b>Website</b>”).
Sign in with your existing Facebook or Google account, or sign up with your email, completing all required entry fields, including providing your first name, last name, email address, cellular telephone number, country and password.
Once you have created an account and/or signed-in, input your Code where indicated to automatically receive one (1) entry into that day’s Daily Entry Pool and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Entry Pool simultaneously. </li>

To enter without a Code, entrant must hand write their complete name, street address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, telephone number and email address on a 3 x 5” card/paper and mail it with appropriate postage to: Rockstar CP77 Sweepstakes Entry, P.O.
Box 93245, Atlanta, GA 30377 USA, to be postmarked and received no later than the dates specifically listed in the Daily Entry Schedule Chart in Official Rule #2 above, or received by January 7, 2021 for the Grand Prize Entry Pool.
Based on your Mail-In Entry’s postmark date, you will be entered into the applicable day’s Daily Entry Pool, and into the Grand Prize Entry Pool, as set out in the Daily Entry Schedule Chart.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope.</li>

<p>There is no limit to the number of Entries a person may enter.
Sweepstakes Entities will not acknowledge or confirm receipt of any Entries. .
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for Internet provider or cellular carrier or cell tower glitches or outages that result in the non-receipt of any participants’ entry attempts. .
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for Entries that are garbled, corrupted, or otherwise unascertainable or incomprehensible. .
All Website Entries must be submitted by December 31, 2020 at 11:59:59 AM ET and all Mail-In Entries must be received by January 7, 2021 and postmarked no later than December 31, 2020.
Any Entries or Entry attempts received thereafter will be destroyed.</p>
<p>Only one (1) individual cellular telephone number per entrant may be used in connection with the Sweepstakes. .
Any person who attempts to participate by using multiple cellular telephone numbers, multiple identities, or by using any device or artifice to participate in violation of the terms stated in these Official Rules, may be disqualified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. .
Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar participation methods or agents will void such participation in the Sweepstakes. .
In the event of a dispute over who is an entrant or who an Entry corresponds to, the authorized subscriber of the cellular telephone number or e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes as at the time that such information was received by the Sponsor, will be deemed to be the entrant. .
The “authorized subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned a cellular telephone number or e-mail address by telecommunications carrier or an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g.
business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning cellular telephone numbers or e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Entrants may be required to indicate their acceptance to the Official Rules where indicated at the time of registration.

(2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software.

before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Nevada state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Nevada law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages.
Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Nevada, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sweepstakes Entities shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Nevada.
