They say that they will instantly delete the face scan data, later on say that they may retain it when asked for by law, the customer and maybe a third party. Then the data will be deleted within 3 years of the last interaction, which means data that lasts above 3 years won't be wiped out. Their service customers have the right to store and use your information however they like for "fraud investigation".
